This treatment consists of injecting botulinum toxin type A directly into the expression muscles of the face. With this they "relax" and thereby prevent the formation of wrinkles and expression lines and can treat those that already exist. The effect is temporary (3-6 months) and its duration depends on the patient, the dose and technique used.
